Proof of what? That PCFG diluted the shares multiple times in the past? That's easy to find! They claimed that the dewatering process was busted so they needed more funding and diluted the crap out of the O/S. Do a little research. That was a LOT of shares pumped into the market today for a PR that should have been taken as good news.
