Well said BZ3. From my perspective, a settlement is in the offing and then hopefully we can get a better perspective from the BOD as to the best way to settle up with Tmobile along with persuing other infringers. Holding a complete shareholders meetings will be costly and in my view not neccessary in the interim. If they will at least have a "public meeting" for shareholders to attend and get feedback etc. about the direction we're headed would be extremley beneficial and significantly less costly for the company overall. Once we have cash flow established we can have a formal shareholders meeting to elect a new BOD as seen fit. It needs to be said however that the present BOD memebers have invested significant sums of their own money to finance the operations of the company for quite some time and we all owe them a debt of gratitude for that comittment.
