Why is the production a huge development sooner then expected. It has been stated in past filings that it would start 3rd Q, this naturally states that it will be a quarter or two after that, assuming that timeline is met.

I think most on the board expected the 10Q on time.

Also because of lawsuit WL couldn't disclose all of the positives going on, but Brian's remark on "falling down from chair" was probably made based on some stuff not being disclosed yet. JMO
