sorry again, my interpretation on accounts receivables is ill-founded (happens when you just glance over the Q). Obviously, the WC deficit is incurred just because current payables outweigh current receiables (by definition!), so don't expect any extra funds coming in when these positions would be settled.

Nonetheless, they are not "cash-srapped"!
