I didn't work in the IR department, and I was merely stating the possibility that it wasn't ERHC's fault considering that 55% of all the companies who bid were disqualified for not meeting the bidding requirements, so perhaps it was the requirements that weren't clear, but go a head and keep taking a dump on ERHC mgmt, I know you live to contradict the posts of anyone who supports them. lol
