Do you know of any other company that has amended, rescheduled, restated, or corrected more SEC filings or PR's than TIV? I bet there are 100's over the last couple decades and the new guy is doing it on a "steady and continuous" basis (remember when the old CEO said that about those short term PV production tests?).
Well, based on 100% of past experiences with this company, I would bet the 2nd qtr report delay does not mean a good thing.
