I don't think that's their plan. I think the share structure was set up because of what they think they can achieve. My main critism is the lack of transparency shareholders have endured in the process. Their communication has been killing the share price for years... roughly since Ntephe took over.
They have to fix that. Lawyers aren't geared to be CEO's. The political game playing and blame game is not unlike Washington and its display of the lack of accountability there... on both sides of the isle.
