You might wanna have a look at pages 20-21 and page 25 of the EVCA 10Q below. These page references don’t include any of the convertible notes payable or the convertible preferred shares found in this 10Q.

I hope this info sheds some light on the number of converts on the books at this point. It would not surprise me if the next 10Q has even more of them. JMO
