No. I mean using a percentage of a company as leverage to fund a given entity. HNSS might use 30% of their business to fund $500,000 in capital. I am not saying that it happened, but it seems reasonable. HNSS may be able to repurchase those shares at a later date after paying back the capital that it used. Who knows?

It is basically a credit line of sorts, just more long-term.
