almost too funny....right as i was about to say thats what i get to the phone rings and it is frank.....he said there were a cpl of revisions...nothing that would affect arsc shareholders and they still think it will be complete this month and as soon as it is signed they will issue a pr and hopefully the volume will come.....glta
