i think its safe to assume that the ceo is doing damage control...hes probably in contact with kaplan and working out a way out of the situation with him...i have my doubts kaplan will play ball though...

the ceo will either completely ignore the situation or issue some lame sentence in the 10q that indicates kaplan opted out of the advisory board for personal reasons..

what he would like to do is dump it all on kaplan saying that the reason he never announced his departure was to appease the good doctor and respect his privacy blah blah lie lie...

but that would open kaplan up to more questioning...so again, i doubt he will play ball...unless they make it worth his while...

or like i said, the ceo could simply opt to say nothing...he can simply say screw the shareholders..i dont have to tell them anything...

some believe that if the ceo explains nothing then he is doing so to appease a man who agreed to do something for the company and then reneged on that agreement before doing anything..that it is for some unknown reason, so important to appease this one man, that the ceo would decide to not explain anything to his hundreds of shareholders to whom he owes much and appease the guy he really owes nothing to..

oh yea..makes sense...

greetings with shalom Silly Wabbit,

it doesn't appear consistent and i myself am hesitant to post anything about convo's with company executives here.
regarding the Kaplan affair; i think i would try an e-mail to Ben (subject line-Dr. Kaplan Resignation)stating that you received a puzzling response from Dr. Kaplan regarding an inquiry ( cc the e-mail from Kaplan to Ben) and ask him (Ben) about it. just an idea.

imho, i do not agree with the speculative story that he was harrased by kblb shareholders; i tend to lean on the possibility that he was already working with another company who might have put a bit of pressure on him once they saw him on the kblb web site. I also tend to think that Kim T and D Kaplan are probably still collaborating together or at least the lines of communication are still open.

no biggie either way, we have many positives going our way , you never know, we might be better off without Kaplan.
