Shareholders intentionally misled into the ribbon cutting, by over-promise of dignitaries and whispers of distribution. And the factory? From I hear practically an empty warehouse
Immediately after this 'ceremony', the dilution bombshell was dropped
Also, look at the track record of executives of the company
Ask yourself, do I really want to risk my hard earned money given the facts? If yes, then go for it, but odds are you going to end up with nothing to show for it
Why remain when there are other opportunities where there isn't a sea of red flags
The only people who remain invested in this company are those that can't leave the poker table until they are broke.
