I can't see the Sedar doc anymore from your link. Unfortunately it is no longer a new doc, but I was curious if anyone has researched the name of the signature on the filing. Her name was Lisa something or another, was wondering if maybe she is tied in with DR. Just would be an interesting piece of information.
