Hello Efrky -
I believe there have been previous posts that have dealt with many of your questions and our 2010 10Qs reflected on most of your issues as well. Please know I'm very respectful of your need for DD understanding, so please complete your research and I will be more than happy to take a few minutes on the phone to clarify any issue remaining unresolved. I understand the Unit offering may terminate soon so I'll be available.

I suggest you trust your tastebuds and the instincts of now 800 shareholders demonstrating a belief to play long; they believe the food is going to sell. SMKY endured as a new-born public company, three horrific years of economic turmoil in the financial community where no money was being invested and where most other pre-financing/pre-revenue start-ups would have surely collapsed. We've bought'n paid for our learning curve; everything that either didn't happen or didn't happen well in the development process contributes to that which becomes just right and happens perfectly... I believe our business model to be just right.

efrky,

As Eddie mentioned, it all comes down to funding and exposure, and just as SMKY has learned from its past struggles during a tough financial environment, it has also made major headway in understanding what it takes to turn a product into a successful business, and as we should soon see, the right financial partners and right marketing partners are what will prove to make Smoky Market a success going forward.

In the weeks/months ahead, I expect it will be spelled out for us as clear as day. Before such actions are made, we as speculative investors have placed our bets that Eddie will deliver, and as early speculative investors, our investments have been made at a discount to what SMKY shares should be fairly valued at in the future.

This is a very unique opportunity for us, as we are investing in a company before it's in business, yet there is no guessing about what the food is going to taste like, as we have been able to taste first, invest second. Our food reviews on this board have been consistently positive, which bodes well for SMKY's products as they reach the masses. And just as we have had that opportunity to taste before investing, how will the millions of Weight Watchers customers respond once they have had a taste as well? IMO, we're going to have many new interested investors in the weeks/months ahead, yet there are only so many shares to go around. :-)
