Yes, I see AST but remember one thing. What we are dealing with here are, IMHO, white collar criminals. White collar criminals who have been white collar criminals for at least 17 months or so...once again in my opinion. What do white collar criminals do? They find ways around laws and regulations. And what do they do when they can't find ways around laws and regulations? They break them. And what do they do when the good guys come for them? They delay...and delay...and delay.

You are talking from the perspective of a moral person using logic and common sense. Your factual post, while well intentioned and informative, would have had all the law breaking deterrent effect on persons like Glenn Harrs and J D Brown that a gnat would have on heading off an elephant stampede. These boys are in desperate times and they ain't about to walk quietly into the night. Any more than they could be expected to start using ethically derived, common sense and logic in the next steps they take to perserve their own keisters. IMHO.

Simply look at CIMA Brand...now part of the EXPH empire....formerly Builders Choice...shut down by the IRS due to non-payment of...... 941 PAYROLL TAX. A company called aero performance products attempted to shed itself of a debt/judgement ridden subsidiary....it didn't work....but the attempt was made.
