Show me the recovery rate, and I'll tell you if it will happen. Of course, everything has now boiled down to the anticipated recovery rate. However, since that rate will be skewed downward somewhat by the "lower grade sand filled" gravels that have been sitting idly by since 2007, hopefully management will also indicate what the recovery rate was for more "normal-grade" gravels, which will likely be much closer to the long-term recovery rate. Looks like we'll soon see.
