seems to me if it didnt need added support it would be settled now as opposed to second trial. just disappointed in the delay and think gers is coming around in spite of the litigation.
Their liabilities are accruing at an an alarming rate, the longer they wait. Better to settle earlier right? Without a doubt they are infringing. So now they're trying to alter or invalidate the patent.
