So will you still own your shares of CAVR and just get the CAVU shares as a bonus?

For example if I hold 20,000 shares of CAVR now will I still hold those 20,000 shares + 400 shares of CAVU or will I just own 400 shares of CAVU and CAVR will no longer exist?
