IF they were able to keep the dilution from both the SEC and the IRS using the same method with which they may be hiding it from the public.

Well, isn't that what was basically used when they bought back shares years ago?! They mysterically became part of the float again. I guess that is why financials and Form 3's remain MIA. EXPO is ONLY staying afloat by some clandestine means. Will it be uncovered like so much of their past?! I think a lot will come to light shortly and it will be about as purdy as a lipsticked pig in an economy pet doghouse. AJMHO

Lol...some dilution; no weekly trading volume over 100M since May which surprise surprise, corresponds with the Comapny's announcements that they have no need to dilute given cash reserves and working capital to finance the business. These .0002's are a gift here! IMHO, as always ;)

100% truth..The company has not diluted more shares for over a half a year..

Great speculation with no backing at all in your posts using words like "may indeed have".."may well have".."might very well be".."They may be".."could be" and on and on..

I will agree with you on one point from other posts. The company more than likely will get away from what was a losing proposition..That move from single project based customers to customers that need to replenish stock on a regular basis did begin..The move to the cabinet side is already ongoing and has been for almost a year..Cima comes on and a new cabinet display within the store are just the first steps..

Lots of posts on the subject speculating just that.. when no speculation was needed..All it took for me was one mention in a PR by the company almost a year ago and a phone call..

Did everyone forget this??

"As a result of this volatility the company has been diversifying from displays and commercial cabinetry to retail cabinetry (etc.), residential cabinetry, high end residential cabinetry, and a new economy pet program. It is also important to point out that a major shift in customer types is occurring from single project based customers to customers that need to replenish stock on a regular basis."

Once again the company has not diluted for over a half a year and the "late May early June" prediction was and is flat out wrong...veno
