Everything increases. The oil that they were producing goes up a few hundred barrels per day.
The natural gas goes up maybe by 30 mmcfg/d.
That is huge for tag.
The gas pricing is $7.00 per mcf and they get good pricing for their oil - close to the top of the range for Asian crude.
30,000 * $7 = $210,000 per day for the gas.
1,200 bo * 100 = $120,000 per day for oil.
$330,000 a day. That comes out to about $120 million. Of course, we have to subtract out various royalties so net to TAG is probably close to $100 million a year. Next year, I think they can double that or better in the Taranaki basin not including the Moki possibilities. The Moki sandstone is a wildcard. If that were to hit, then that alone could double their production.
East Coast Basin is still a wild card.
amazing that this stock has very little downside and so much possible upside.
