seems like they are purposely trying to keep it in the pennies (below $0.10) via continuous non-stop serial dilution....at this rate we'll be back to 1-Bil. float by Dec. 2012.

While I would like to buy a few more to avg. down a bit, the dilution works against my decision to do so....
