Mferraro - Welcome back. You really crack me up.
You pretend others are spinning positivity, when in fact you are just factually inaccurate as you bash the company. I totally agree with Del that it's so obvious that three of four people on this board (you included) are spinning/lying to try to make this stock go down. Good luck with that. Seems like ASPW has bottomed out at $0.14ish, and that's it.
I guess I'll start going line by line on your posts too to point out your factual inaccuracies just like I do for xy and others.
You said:
I don't know how some of you consider some us who speak the truth naysayers. It is all in the history and 10Q's.
Everyone is entitled to opinion. Positive and negative. I love the debates. But "speak the truth" means "speak facts." The very next sentence after you refer to the 10-Q and say you speak the truth, you do just the opposite and state:
This company has consumed almost 18MM dollars already folks.
FACT (from the 10-Q) - Less than $8.0 million has been spent since 2007 (3.5 years).
Your very next sentence after that:
The stock is already higher than it should be for a company that installs solar panels made by someone else, with no sales funnel.
It's tough argument to say that the stock, at a mere $30 million valuation, is higher than it should be. I disagree, but I'm open to opinions - although it's a clear negative spin your starting. You then make it seem like the company ONLY installs solar panels, which is not true - solar is a minor product line, so more negative spin. The company has said many times that it's all about Power On Demand and military. But your reference that there is no sales funnel is pure error.
FACT (from the 10-Q, again) - As of August 5, 2011, the Company’s current order backlog is approximately $1,230,000.
That's not the greatest backlog, but it's certainly not "no sales funnel".
Your next sentence you say:
POD is a great sales gimmick, somebody explain how you can justify the costs vs benefit to the customer? This question has always been avoided.
You squeeze lots of untrue, negative BS into so few words. What a talent! Schmitz answered this question very directly at the annual meeting of stockholders, as you well know. And I'd bet that the people at Sentry Safe and PMG checked that the Power On Demand system worked before paying $300,000+ for one.
Who should people believe that the POD is a "gimmick" or a system that works? Professionals that pay $300,000+ for a system and management with their own money invested in the stock (and a 1 year lockup), or an anonymous naysayer on the internet? I think the answer is obvious, but it's free country.
