#2531 RE: Crow3 #2530

The 10Q is due 45 days after the end of each qtr. Ergo, the next 10Q is due 15 June for the second qtr which ended Apr 30.

Companies can get an extention of the time. Whether the CEO being on a religious retreat qualifies, I dunno. Undue hardship is one acceptable reason.

In general, the "Q" filings are quarterly and the "K" filings are annual. They have 90 days after the end of the fy to file the K reports, and 45 days after each quarter to file the Q reports.

As you remember, the OTCBB and the SEC get highly teed off if a company "forgets" to file. The OTCBB slaps an E onto the end of the trading symbol, and they have a short period of time to correct their memory or get tossed.

The SEC is looking to accelerate that for the larger Companies.
Allow only 30 days for the Q report and 60 days for the K reports. This will not apply to CDEX unless it gets a heap bigger.
