Raw-the SEC has introduced a new ruling on late filing BB company's-
late filing a second time in a year will get the company removed from market for 12 months. I saw the article on Monday- will try to find it.
this would undoubtably make Burnham and Fell a little more responsible in the future.
the article stated they (SEC) were trying to make these reporting companies more accountable to investors. LOLOLOL.
