i believe what was sold is the rights to filmrookie. that is to say, the domain name and business model. my guess is that it was determined by the new management that ROAR had more potential to produce revenue more quickly that filmrookie. this makes sense to me. we just have to hope that it DOES produce revenue. the idea is good, at least.
