You are very uneducated or sheltered one about the market's. The MM's call it "making a Market" by filling buy orders when they do not have the shares if they did not do this you would see many stocks run wild. MM's abuse this "making a market" and short many penny/sub-penny stock into bankruptcy because many co s use this to raise capital. Change is long overdue so we will see if they are serious. eom
