Whatever happened to the stock buyback announced in March?

Since then the only transactions have been a $350,000 SALE by IMGG and a $600,000 sell by COO Chris Sohn

Why put out a PR announcing a STOCK buyback when the only transactions are SELLS?

Because IMGG is a penny stock scam, perhaps? Certainly Management knew whether or not they REALLY intended to buy. Selling while claiming to be buying is highly deceptive.
