Day looks darkest before the dawn. We could not have a POR that is favorable to us without electing a new BOD that could negotiate terms out of communication with us. Nothing good would realistically happen without this process. The clues that we get suggest the process is going on. Look at the last posting on cprkbk.com:
Doc 778: Withdrawal of Claim Re: Claim Number(s): 170-1. Filed by Krikor J. Meshefejian on behalf of Western Utah Copper Company (Meshefejian, Krikor) (EOD: 08/11/2011)
Apparently a claimant has withdrawn a claim on the bk. That does not happen for no reason. Either someone has "pointed out" to them that their claim is without merit, or someone has negotiated something with them.
This week was interesting. Next week could be downright exciting.

I tend to agree with you.
And I understand exactly where you are coming from.
But in that I have a choice, I'm going with the evidence.

You know, it's the old story about the two guys in jail and one looking out to see the mud below and the other looking out to see the stars. I really think that current progress suggests that the real vision lies in the stars above and not in the mud below. Ha, a 1962 Mondo Cane moment! LOL
