That's what I've saying. I've put my money on Arthur, and I feel very good about his representing the Class. The denial of the motion for our own Official Committee was a non-event today, even though I would have liked to have seen the judge order WMI to pay him on a monthly basis, so that WMI has a little less incentive to drag its feet for as long as possible. Give them an incentive to re-evaluate the "strength" of their case.
Of all the lawyers I've heard in this case, Arthur seems the most polished, the most professional of the group. Glad that he's representing us (TRULY REPRESENTING US), instead of going up against him.
If Arthur were the opposing side, I'd be out ASAP.
