For some time now I have been concerned about the same ChiCom issue, but I chose to hope it was middle east mega money with that sale. The ChiComs have signed on to the international patent treaty agreement (or what ever it`s called) but concrete patents are not in hand yet? Have they been known to ignore international law? oh yes, your right... It seems to me thats another reason to cozy up to a giant F500, with deep pockets, serious political influence, and a big stick.
The buyer should agree to some kind of restrictions?, like a GPS installed and maintained. JMHO
