I have been to the location in San Antonio. It too is in a very seedy neighborhood. However, seedy people are just the people who will buy coffee from a hoochie in a hut. BH is getting his product out their for cheap and quite honestly I think he is delevering it in the right locations.

Are you guys kidding? No "seedy" is bad, why? Well howabout all the bad press that some of the Bikini coffee stands are receiving and the reported prostitution. Being in a seedy area only means that our investment is not secure and the business model is not one of making money. If you put them in middle class areas they will sell. You don't have to attract the scum that probably won't settle for just seeing without touching. No way. You guys are kidding yourselves.

This isn't a bad location at all. If so why are all the high end granite and marble warehouses in the same 5 block radius. It's a industrial area not to mention all the Boeing field traffic. With tens of thousands of workers
