I'm not interested in what you "believe" someone said. I'm only interested in what can be substantiated with facts. Additionally, Ping was fired and has no credibility because of being fired.

You don't even know the date. If you did, you would have wrote it. Starr didn't agree to "keep quiet" until September. They agreed to grant the company until September to respond to the court. Do you have access to the court filings? I do. If you do, again, don't just say it, prove it.
