If you know how the OTC stocks work, then you know it isn't out of the realm of possibility. This stock exceeded a dollar last May on less news than we have potentially before us. From current levels I don't expect a dollar, but we could hit 6 cents+ if the divy happens easy.
This company has come through on it's promises in the past and I believe they will do it again. Friedman isn't going to allow his large stake in the company to crumble.
