PSP VENTURE
August 10, 2011

PSP Venture had an opportunity to visit OPMG Options Media offices Monday.

PSP Venture would like to personally thank CEO Scott Frohman for welcoming us and taking the time to discuss OPMG and it's future. I can truly say I never felt more comfortable sitting across from a CEO I just met.

Our discussion ranged from share count, revenue, methods of revenue all the way to the apple iphone application and beyond. Each question was answered quite open and candidly when could be. Thoughts I have had were confirmed, I was in agreement with presented ideas.

As to fully diluted share count, Mr. Frohman said he could not discuss it, but we would be updated soon.

Seems OPMG is working on new ways to market Phoneguard with Justin Beiber at the helm. Software engineers were busy at work instituting a new text and receive Phoneguard program into the sales avenue.

There is also a text Justin Bieber and he will text you back feature on the sales side. This feature will undoubtedly bring in sales as a text from Beiber will spur a sale immediately. Of course you will have to order within 10 min (My Number) to get this feature.

IHUB Clarification Post: It will go like this. Text 52395 or whatever the code is and buy PhoneGuard within the next 10m or 30m and receive 10 texts from Justin Beiber. When you text him he will text you back. Don't be late. Limited offer.

A new big name celebrity more appropriate to target market may be in the picture soon. No further discussion was warranted, nor did I ask.

Some mention of the Justin Bieber tour and could we expect to see promos from him was asked. The question drew a snicker as the reply was Justin hasn't really gotten started yet. I could surely appreciate the answer as I concur.

A new advertising feature may be instituted into the famous No Text screen. Seems many inquiries have been coming in on that front. Instead of the No Text,
you get an advertising platform every time the app goes on. This may turn out to be big, pay-per-click or ad in this case. Also, some big companies are looking to give away the app as a promo, paying OPMG of course.

There has been some interest from the insurance companies and I thought that all along as they are doing television commercials on a daily basis. Phone usage in cars (accidents because of that usage) has to be costing them and consumers hundreds of millions of dollars, not to mention the lives lost, and that's where it really hurts.

On a negative note.

The app for the iphone is ready but won't have all the bells and whistles. Scott said that would change as we move forward. When asked, is it ready for market
and will it be sold, the answer was yes.
