The company hasn't said anything publicly about a filing, to my knowledge. All we know is that the routine 10-Q is due Monday at 5:30 EST just like it is for so many other companies. I was guessing at yesterday or today only because I imagine they're going to avoid the 11th hour theatrics (and failure) of the last filing (and the subsequent miracle re-listing--which, by the way, still has me astounded).
I can definitely understand your skepticism, but I, for one, am not concerned at all about the 10-Q, and I hope it will give us something to talk about and look forward to in the subsequent days.
