JD says feb. 2009 float = 435,250,870....how on earth did the float SHRINK to 100ml?

One of a few *issues* that has been right under shareholder's noses the whole time. Like most investors I assumed the float lowers after shares are retired, except with Expo's method of accounting the float went up after retiring shares?

July 09, 2008 was the last time Expo Holdings publicly states the number of *shares issued*.

I'm a proclaimed conspirator, so don't heed anything I post.
