it never should have gotten below .0030, but the company had to sell 162M to cancell $162,000 in debt. This occured in June and July, it bottomed at .0003, and is now on its way back up to .0030+

They are now debt free, no shares to sell for any reason, this is how it'll move much past .0030 now as interest has shown up.
