Why would somebody give $3 for something that costs .75 cents today?

Ok thanks I'm just trying to figure out how there is a value on the 625 to 1 of $3.00 if you own less than 625. Say if i owned 100000 shares of GOIG before July 29th i will receive 160 shares of GOCOM. So I'm trying to figure out why the 160 shares don't equal out to the same $3.00 for 1 or less shares.
