No my friend we call that following a company closley.... a good relationship with the company.... bringing investors ( not ihubers to the table).... you call it it what you want.... been doing this stuff for over 14 years my friend ( never ever had a SEC issue ) i totally KNOW THE SEC LAWS... most likly better than you do... :-)
