Nice to see some verbal support here, thanks. Doesn't look like any shorts on QSGI are willing to risk any more shares, for one. The other thing is that the DD on the lawsuit with IBM at least was filed. I don't really care to argue whether or what will be concluded. However all the DD on QSGI has been true, been followed thru. We still need the judges signature on final decree and then the merged qsgi/krusecom can really move out of the shadows and into the lightness of bouyant increased share price. Requiring way more patience than most of us bargained for.

i read where some countries are evaluating making shorting a stock illigal wonder if that would help here?
