that means to buy at the ask like its .0186 now so you buy at that price

right now the price is 0.0186. the bid and ask is as follows:

bid: 0.0184 x10,000 (10,000 share order for a buy at 184)
ask: 0.0186 x21,600 (21,600 share order for a sell at 0.0186

if you bid under the top a 0.0183, the top order has to fill first, but you may get left in the dust.

if you try to buy at the ask, you will get your order filled quicker.

be careful and the above it just to hopefully give you a better understanding, although it is very rough :)

The Bid is the price at which a broker will buy your shares. The Ask is the price at which the broker will sell you shares. Right now the Ask is .0186 but its your money and your call. Good luck!!!
