I think the issue is that many of us want to see justice done and the criminals who perpetrated this scam brought to justice. Insiders tole me thst the SEC said they would only act if the scam was given big exposure publically (since we were only ripped off for $10 million and they have bigger fish to fry. Over the weekend I had an epiphany. On NPR there is a show called "This American Life". A recent episode is available on the web as a podcast or a transcript:
This whole show is about Patent Trolls (and one company especially) that try to make big companies like Apple, Microsoft etc pay millions for patent infringement in a "questionable way". I am planning to suggest BEHL as a wonderful idea for an episode - "The Dirty Side of Pink Sheets" for example. PLEASE if more of us suggest the same thing they will make the show. Their investigation of the Patent Trolls was amazing. Just think of all the juicy stuff in the BEHL story! Fisher aka Haines aka Burton, Pawson, the hooker from Arizona, the lies about Brownfield Remediation, it just goes on and on. Embarrass SEC into arresting them. YES
