5B down to 2.5B which is 250M after split. They are technically reducing the AS more than if they were to just do a split

Exactly. If word had not gotten out about the 1:1000 RS that was planned, they would have split exactly that way, 1:1000. My bet is that there will be another RS within a year. Just like BMC*.
