what's the difference between loading up at 0.0008 and 0.0003, it's dirt cheap and if you think it's going to go up, why not buy now??

I guarantee you this stock will be in the crapper for the next 4-8 weeks (and that's pending fadi is right about october financials) but doubtful, why would they report then when they didn't report as said in May?

Identa is weaker than ever IMO, penetrating small worthless markets and have nothing to show for it. If they're so "hot" why not pony up and show the financials as promised? Why not keep investors in the loop with the retail chain deal? What do they have to hide? IMO everything, this company is a complete scam meant to fun yaacovs retirement years so he can jet around the world and think he's important. Nothing he's done or told investors about has been noteworthy or impressive enough to result in increasing shareholder value and PPS, and you can't argue that. PPS is what it is. If good news can't move it, then obviously there's a problem with how management goes about their shady business.

"News releases" also showed that financials would be released for Q1 and that hasn't happened. Why would the PRs for these miniscule orders be any more believable?
And apparently Jaacov has the cajones to leak news about missing the "major drugstore chain" deadline for products being on shelves (and blames it on the drugstore chain on top of that: what a victim Jaacov is)? Which I guess really doesn't matter since that initial PR was probably bogus anyway. Two weeks and counting before that becomes reality.
Why do you choose to believe the completely vague PRs, but not ones that give real dates, that are subsequently missed?

Mike

Please point to something factual or verifiable to support your opinion that Identa has never been stronger. All I have seen is numerous distributors added, several future looking promises, very little follow through and a company that is now in trouble with the SEC. But then again you may know something we all do not know. Sadly I don't see how the last couple years PR's could lead anyone to conclude the company is stronger. If the company is so strong why is it not reflected in the PPS?

Mike c'mon you can't be serious, surely?

Bashers are not taking this down as you opine. It's the company and it's lack of results, clarity, FIDUCIARY DUTY. THE COMPANY is it's own worst enemy. Now look I mean for cryin out loud penetrating markets is all it's done for 8 years how much penetration does it need to show results? The only penetration it can confirm are shafted shareholders.

"Vast list of worldwide distributors" ... and not one major contract to speak of after EIGHT YEARS. What's wrong with this picture...

If you guys can bash in to .0003 again, I'll load up again

With recent days pitiful petty amount of IDTA share volume traded,
i doubt one could load up more than a few hundred thousand
shares at most in a single week. Even that in several transactions
which would be senseless due to the multiple buying charges cost.
Same would apply upon upon the eventual share sale.

Btw, you don't really think the bashers are the culprits responsible
for the current low pps? or do you?
