the key player .. NMGL is now delinquent going on 3 major SEC periodic filings and now facing revoking according to SEC rules and regulations .. FFGO is already facing revoking as a frequent failure to file company ( the CEO of FFGO stated he expects the SEC to move on FFGO for failure to file and suspend FFGO to the gray market ) when the SEC suspends a company for failure to file, SEC hearing follows to revoke the stock

no one here on this board can deny this fact about either of these 2 companies

many try to hide this fact with excuse and tall tales .. but none can dispute the facts
