Do you have any idea how long companies have to put in their bids? Usually I think contractors are allowed 30 days to get a bid in. So that would put us at around Sept 18 for the bidding to be closed, then I think by around Oct 15-18 they should award the contracts to the best bidder so I would say by The 1st of Nov atleast one of the PG&E sites should begin construction...........and by MAY 2012 it should be operational and drawing revenues..........AND THEN ITS "SHOW US THE MONEY"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
