That's a Breakaway gap. It's usually the first in a bull run. A stock goes through 3 gaps before it needs to fill them back down in a bear market.

I agree, the part that sucks is if it stays there we will here "it needs to fill the gap" everytime it dips.

Lets just do it now and get it over with.
