To stick with your analogy, these two have a joint account together, are sharing assets, and are in the market together for a house and are ready to move in. We're (well, not everyone) like the relatives nagging and nagging and pestering them about when the wedding is taking place.
I hope people will begin to realize that there's more than one way to get married. It could be that the couple lives together, shares finances, etc. and becomes "common law" married. That's one way to bypass all the details and expense of an extravagant wedding.
Either they go through a formal merger, or TADF continues to acquire Tac Air little by little until they own 100%. These two are not idle companies, they're taking serious action during this process.
