I did not say that numerosity was related to what was going on now. I was trying to answer the question asked by stocker11.

I have also stated many times that there is only one complaint that has been filed and that others are just "announcing" the issue to try to drum up business.

Investors don't have to have a law degree to understand that this is a really weak case.

Agreed. Certification appears to be rarely denied on numerousity grounds.

This case is definitely being driven by class action plaintiff's counsel (or hopeful class action plaintiff's counsel).
