Also, lou, wasn't Hop-on considered a 'possible' buy-out contender by Siemens, so that Siemens could get into the so-called 'low end market'? It failed to get into that market, however, and its unwillingness to do so is now, apparently, considered 'the cause' of its downfall; so maybe, JUST MAYBE, Hop-on has had the right idea all along to 'GET INTO' this market.
